Coronavirus News

March 13th COVID-19 Update: Changes in Portrait Operations Thank you for your patience as we navigate through the unchartered territories of COVID-19. While our Photography business remains open to capture memories during this unprecedented time, we are committed to ensuring the health and well-being of our Operators, Team Members and Clients. We also take seriously the role in supporting the state and local health officials and government leaders as they work to contain the virus. I of course have taken the necessary steps to strengthen my already strict sickness policy and would like to kindly ask my clients who have a session booked with me, if you have the slightest symptoms of a cold or fever to contact me to reschedule. It is my priority to keep my clients safe and healthy. Working with newborns, I already have been implementing the following for each newborn and baby session, but in the light of recent events I have taken the decision to extend this to even to family sessions and portrait sessions:

✨ Every prop, wrap and accessory, as well as my equipment, is thoroughly washed, cleaned and disinfected prior and after each and every newborn session. This has now been extended to other sessions as well.

✨I wash my hands frequently throughout each newborn session. This is again being extended to all sessions.

✨If I have even the slightest feeling that I am not my 100%, I will always be in contact with the families to reschedule newborn and baby sessions, even if it is just a tiny bit of sniffles.

✨If things escalate even worse, I will be sending each client pre-session questionnaire including questions regarding sickness. In case of sickness we will reschedule. Rescheduling your session will be done of course at no additional cost and your session will take place at the earliest convenience. These are just the precautions I have decided to strengthen in the lights of recent events to protect my clients and my community. Most of it is business as usual as I always ensure to keep my newborn and baby clients safe, but I will of course, as everybody else, closely monitor the events and will react accordingly. For now, let's keep calm and wash our hands and limit contact with large crowds. If you have any concerns or questions, or if you require to reschedule your session due to an illness or a cold, please don't hesitate to contact me at www.elianastengelphotography.com Our thoughts and prayers go out to those who have been impacted by COVID-19. As always, it is our pleasure to serve you.
